Aaron Lamar White

Waycross – Aaron Lamar White, 85, of Waycross passed away Saturday morning (January 29, 2022) at Baptist Village in Waycross, GA. following an extended illness.
Born in Hickox, GA his parents were Herbert Hope White and Erma Ruth White. He is also preceded in death by his wife, Thelma Lusby White; a son, Robert Keith White; 3 sisters, Chonnies Loleta Harris, Eurice Evelyn Hayes, and Lenore Lillian East; a brother, Elbert "Bud" Owens. Aaron was retired from the U.S. Navy and was an EOD diver for the Navy. Aaron was a member of the Youmans Chapel Baptist Church. He enjoyed fishing, and listening to country singing.
Survivors include his caregiver and nephew, Herbert Cleveland Harris of Blackshear, GA. and also several other nieces and nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
No services will be held at this time but if anyone would like to they can donate to the wounded warrior project in his memory.
