Barbara 'Lorraine' Conner Lee

Nahunta – Barbara “Lorraine” Conner Lee, 69 of Nahunta, GA., passed away Tuesday morning (July 18, 2017) at her residence following a brief illness.

Born in Oglethorpe, GA., her parents were George Stephen Conner and Emmaline Prickett Conner. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Willie Lee.

She was a homemaker and a member of Winokur Baptist Church. Lorraine also enjoyed reading.

Survivors include her three daughters and a son-in-law, Karen Hand (Daryl), Carla Kim Lee, and ShanaKaye Lee, all of Nahunta; two grandchildren, Travis Hand (Tracie), and Chelsea Hand; a brother, Tommy Conner, of Charlton County; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Shirley Crews (Archie), of Winokur, Melbrey Kosten (Tim), of Dublin. Also several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Visitation will be held Friday evening (July 21, 2017) starting at 6PM at Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.

A Funeral Service will be held Saturday afternoon (July 22, 2017) at 2PM at the Chapel of Frye Funeral Home with Rev. E.C. Crews, Rev. Jamie Giddens, and Rev. Lamar Music officiating.

Burial will follow in Corrinth Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Vance Wilson, Robert Wilson, Scott Kosten, Steven Crews, Daryl Hand, and Travis Hand. Honorary pallbearers will be Mark Lee and Johns Crews.

Family and pallbearers are asked to meet at the Funeral Home Saturday by 1:30PM.

Arrangements are with Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
