Burnice Lila Causey

Hortense- Burnice Lila Causey, 56, of Hortense died Monday night (February 28, 2011) at her sister's residence after an extended illness. Born in Hortense her parents were Joshua Burnice and Pansy Holman Causey. She is also preceded in death by 2 brothers, James A. "Buck" and Samuel F. "Sam" Causey. Burnice was a graduate of Wayne County High School and was retired from Coastal Area Collections in Brunswick. She was also a member of Philadelphia Wesleyan Sawgrass Church in Hortense. Survivors include 3 sisters and brothers-in-law, Billie Sue & Claude Brauda of Hortense, Mary Alice Walker of Nahunta and Pat & Craig Morrell of Brunswick; 3 brothers and sisters-in-law, Steve Causey of Hortense, John & Donna Causey of Hickox and Bob & Denise Causey of Brunswick; and also several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
