Calvin Wayne Jacobs

Calvin Wayne Jacobs, 64 of Hortense, passed away Wednesday (September 2, 2015) at Southeast Georgia Health System in Brunswick following an extended illness. He was preceded in death by his son, Matthew Jacobs. Survivors include his wife, Loretta Jacobs; a son and daughter-in-law, Wayne and Alisha Jacobs; three grandchildren; four brothers, Jerry Jacobs, Lenard Jacobs, Joe Jacobs; a stepbrother, Pete Goolsby; two sisters Donna Fay Harrison and Linda Gale Johnson. Visitation will be held Friday (September 4, 2015) from 6-8PM at Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta. Arrangements are with Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
