Carlene Rooks Hall

Carlene Rooks Hall, 66, of Waynesville died Friday evening (April 23, 2010) at Southeast Georgia Health System in Brunswick after a brief illness. Born in Riceboro, GA her parents were Carl and Varnea Shaw Sirmons. Carlene was a homemaker and attended The Way of the Cross Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Robert Hall of Waynesville; 4 children and their spouses, Joann & John Simpson of Nahunta, Carl & Tammy Rooks, Kenny & Barbara Rooks and Wayne & Kathy Rooks all of Waynesville; 3 step-children, Janice & Richard Sanborn of Waverly, Shirley & Jeff Walker of Tifton and Freida Rowe of Nahunta; 12 Grandchildren; 2 Great Grandchildren; a brother and sister-in-law, Ronald & Ann Sirmons of Hortense; 2 nieces, Veronica Burgerson and Rebecca Sirmons both of Hortense; a great niece, Kylie Sirmons of Hortense; also several other relatives. Visitation will be held Sunday evening (April 25, 2010) from 6PM-9PM at Frye Funeral Home in Nahunta. A graveside service will be held Monday morning (April 26, 2010) at 11A.M.from The Mt.
