Hoboken- Carrie Mae Dubose Miller,59,of Hoboken died early Friday morning (Dec. 24,2010) at her residence after a short illness. Born in Nahunta her parents were James Claude and Katie Mae Johns Dubose. Carrie Mae worked as a sales associate with Wal-Mart and had attended The Bachlott Church of God before her health failed. She loved crocheting and working in her flowers. Preceded in death by her parents and a daughter Sherri Lynn Lane. Survived by her husband John A. Miller, 4-children and their spouse, James Edward Lane, of Hoboken, Phyllis Annette Lane, of Nahunta, Weldon and Teresa Lane, of Blackshear and Lesley Lane Hanchey and Belton, of Hoboken, a Step-son, Chad A. Miller, of Waycross, a Step-daughter and son-in-law, Candy M. and Clint Inman, of Waycross, 11-Grandchildren, James Vinson Lane, Katelyn Victoria Lane, Alexis Danielle Lane, Carrie Evelyn Walker, Kyler Lee Walker, Weldon Lane,Jr., Ryan Lane, Jared Lane, Crissy Thomas (Christopher), Caylie Hanchey and Devin Edward Lane, and 4-Step-Grandchildren, 2-Brothers, Harry Dubose, of Jamestown and James Claude "J.C." Dubose, of Waynesville, a Sister and Brother-in-law, Claudie Mae and Rev. Thomas Lanier, of Nahunta, also several Nieces, Nephews and other relatives. Visitation will be Tuesday evening starting at 6:00 P.M. from the Frye Funeral Home in Nahunta. A graveside service will be held Wednesday (Dec. 29,2010) at 2 :00 P.M. in The Hoboken City Cemetery with Rev. Thomas Lanier officiating. Pallbearers are Jason Lanier, Ryan Lane, Chad Miller, Jimmy Lane, Winston Drury, Daniel Dubose and O.J. Dubose. Arrangements are with Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta, Georgia.
