Connie Lavelle Morgan

Hortense - Connie Lavelle Morgan, 60, of Hortense died Tuesday evening (September 15, 2015) at his residence. Born in Waycross, GA his mother was Myrtis Cleo Morgan Lambert. He is also preceded in death by a brother, William Harris; and a sister, Gail Farmer. Connie was a carpenter and served in the United States Army. He also loved fishing, being on the water, and watching the Georgia Bulldogs, Braves and Falcons. Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Kassie & Daniel Beckum of Evans, GA; a son, Eric Morgan; 5 grandchildren, Kyle Domzalski, Elijah Evans, Landen Evans, Kallen Beckum and Shawn Morgan; and also several nieces, nephews and other relatives. A memorial service will be held Saturday (September 26, 2015) at 11AM at Riverside Chapel Baptist Church with Rev. Randy Wainright officiating. Arrangements are with Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
