Cynthia Valene Hay

Cynthia Valene Hay, of Brunswick, GA., passed away Tuesday (October 10, 2017) at Memorial Satilla Health in Waycross GA following an extended illness.

Born in Jacksonville, FL., her parents are James Cooper and Wanda Arvin Cooper.

Cynthia was a homemaker, and loved the ocean, horseback riding, and crafts. She enjoyed making friends, and she never met a stranger.

Survivors include her husband, Roy Hay, of Brunswick; her parents, James and Wanda Cooper, of Frankfort, KY.; and her brother and sister-in-law, Mike Cooper (Kristy), of Frankfort, KY. Also several aunts, uncles, and other relatives.

Arrangements are with Frye Funeral Home, of Nahunta.
