Daryl Keith Jacobs

Daryl Keith Jacobs, 40 of Guyton, GA., passed away Thursday (November 24, 2016) in Ellabell ,GA., from injuries sustained in an accident.

Born in Waycross, GA., his parents are Rony Lee Jacobs, of Alma and Sonya Bass Collins, of Hickox. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Joe and Virginia Bass and Lois C. and Olen Jacobs.

Daryl was of the Baptist Faith and worked as a Fork Lift Mechanic for IPW. He was a handyman and loved racing and working.

Survivors include his wife, Amanda Odum Jacobs, of Guyton; his son, Dylan Jacobs, of Guyton; his daughter, Sonya Hill, of Springfield ; 2 stepsons, Nick Hogg and Brandon Hogg, both of Guyton; father and stepmother, Rony and Lisa Jacobs, of Alma; his mother and stepfather, Sonya and Buck Collins, of Hickox; his brother and sister-in-law, Derek and Misty Jacobs, of Hazlehurst; 2 stepbrothers, Lane Dailey, of Alma, and Doug and Rachel Dailey, of Fort Lauderdale, FL; his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Delilah Bryant (Rick Bryant); his father-in-law and spouse, Jeff Odum (Lynette). Also several aunts, uncles, and other relatives.

A Funeral Service will be held Saturday (December 3, 2016) at Riverside Chapel Baptist Church; 1998 Riverside Rd. Nahunta, GA at 2PM with Rev. Randy Wainright officiating. Visitation will be held at the church, one hour prior to the service.

Burial will follow in Riverside Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Tony Fanning, Sonny Odum, Rick Bryant, Billy Merritt, Jason Howell, and Brian Grantham.
