David Rowdy Bearden

Waynesville- Mr. David Rowdy Bearden, 45, of Waynesville died suddenly early Saturday morning (May 3, 2014) at Southeast Georgia Health System in Brunswick. Born in Jacksonville, FL his parents are Jack Bearden of Atkinson and the late Elizabeth Marr Bearden.Also preceded by his sister, Linda Diane Loaag. David was a truck driver for Lyon's Trucking Company. He also loved racing and driving race cars. Survivors include his son, Brandon Bearden of Jesup; 2 daughters, Kimberly Vargas and Angela Brantley both of Brunswick; 4 grandchildren; his father, Jack Bearden of Atkinson; a brother & sister-in-law, Michael & Michaela Bearden of Waynesville; 2 sisters and a brother-in-law, Janet Montez of Waynesville and Gail & David Crockett of Brunswick; and also several nieces, nephews and other relatives. A memorial service will be held Saturday (May 10, 2014) at 2PM, at Waynesville Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Larry Altman officiating. Arrangements are with Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
