Donna Hope Lewis

Donna Hope Lewis, 60 of Blackshear, passed away Sunday (January 31, 2016) at her residence following a brief illness.

Born in Savannah, GA., her parents were Thomas Cleveland Hope and Lula Mae Touchton Hope. She was also preceded in death by her husband, William Carroll Lewis; and one brother, Mitchell Dean White.

Donna was of the Baptist Faith. She was a homemaker and loved watching cowboys on TV.

Survivors include her son, Troy Cleveland Hope, of Patterson; her daughter and son-in-law, Crystal Hope Simpson (Daniel), of Blackshear; 3 grandchildren, Thomas Cleveland Hope, Zachery Tyler Simpson, and William Isaac Simpson; 2 sisters and a brother-in-law, Janice Faye Gandy (R.L.), of Hortense, and Lucy Hope Kern, also of Hortense. Also several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

A Memorial Service will be held Thursday (February 4, 2016) at 6PM at Frye Funeral Home with Bro. Jackie Holton officiating.
