Mrs. Frankie Annette McLamb Woods,39,of Woodbine died Saturday morning (Mar. 20,2010) in the Hospice of the Golden Isles in Brunswick after a long illness. Born in Coates, North Carolina she was the daughter of Joseph Durwood and Margie Faye Byrd McLamb. A homemaker and a very loving Mother and Sister, she had attended Community Church in St. Mary's, GA. An avid reader, she also enjoyed doing puzzles, and writing. Also enjoyed listening to music. Preceded in death by her parents, her step-father, Timothy Franklin Harper, Sr. her husband, David Lee Woods and a Sister, Charlotte Faye Goodwin. Survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Jackaline and James Keen, a son, David Lee Woods, Jr., all of Waynesville, 2-brothers and a sister-in-law, Timothy Franklin Harper, Jr. and Kristi, of Waynesville, Durwood Keith McLamb, of Concord, N.C., a sister and brother-in-law, Sheila and Jerry Garner, of Princeton, N.C. a Step-daughter, Christine Woods, of Woodbine, 2-grandchildren, Branden Oberry and Ricky Oberry of Woodbine, and a special friend, Christopher Holloman, also several Nieces, Nephews and other relatives. Graveside services will be held Monday morning (Mar. 22,2010) at 11:00 A.M. from the Colesburg Cemetery in Woodbine with Rev. Terry Jackson officiating.
