Infant George Robert Strickland, Jr passed away at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah Saturday, November 17, 2012. He is survived by his parents, George and Leona Strickland of Hortense. 1 brother, Dale Strickland and 1 sister, Molly Strickland both of Hortense. Maternal Grandmother, Katherine Kirkland of Hortense, Paternal Grandparents, Peggy Lee and Dale Strickland both of Hortense. 2 uncles, Flash Strickland and Justin Tate both of Hortense. Also several other relatives. Visitation will be 10:30 AM Wednesday morning at Symrna Cemetery. A graveside service will be 11:00 AM at Smyrna cemetery with Rev. Ion Johns officiating. Frye Funeral Home of Nahunta is in charge of arrangements.
