Geraldine Cato Riles

Geraldine Cato Riles, 76 of Brunswick, passed away Sunday (January 1, 2017) at Hospice of the Golden Isles following an extended illness.

Born in Douglas, GA., Her parents were Daniel Leonard Cato and Clara Mae Chaney Cato King. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Roman D. Riles; her daughter, Donna Lyons; and her brother, Milton Cato.

Geraldine was a homemaker and was of the Church of God Faith, she enjoyed watching westerns, sewing, and going out to eat.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Roman and Michelle Riles, of Brunswick; three grandchildren, Caden Riles, Kyler Cruze, and Alisha Rowan; four brothers and sisters-in-law, Buddy and Jeanette Cato, of Nahunta, Zibe King, of Kingsland, Melvin and Laura King, of Nahunta, and Barney and Debbie King, of Nahunta; one sister and brother-in-law, Margaret and J.R. Pittman, of Hoboken. Also several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Arrangements are with Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
