Hayden Foy Lee

Trudie- Hayden Foy Lee, 76, of Trudie passed away early Saturday morning (June 10, 2017) at Altamaha Healthcare in Jesup after an extended illness.

Born in Blackshear, GA his parents were Noah and Inez Dowling Lee. He is also preceded in death by his wife, Glenda Rowell Lee; and also several brothers and sisters.

Hayden retired from the United States Air Force and loved to be outdoors, fishing hunting and gardening.

Survivors include his 4 children and their spouses, Hayden F. Lee, Jr. of Blackshear, Daniel & Kimberly Lee of Atkinson, Cindy & Eddie Taylor of Offerman, and Melissa Davis of Blackshear; an honorary son, Edward Davis of Blackshear; 10 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; a brother and sister-in-law, Raynell & Burnice Lee of Waycross; 3 sisters and brothers-in-law, Helen & James Burney of Blackshear, Patricia Lee of Blackshear, and Glenda Jean & Dee Inman of Manor; and also several nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Visitation will be held Thursday evening (June 15, 2017) from 6pm-8pm at Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
A graveside service with Military honors will be held Friday morning (June 16, 2017) at 11am at Twin Rivers Church Cemetery.
