Infant Penelope Kodi Mort

Penelope Kodi Mort, 8 months old, of White Oak, GA, passed away Sunday (July 16, 2017).

Born in Brunswick, GA., her parents are James Mort, Marinna Norton Barber, and Donald Morris. She was preceded in death by her uncle, Cody Norton.

Penelope loved playing with her brother and sister, she had a very sociable personality and a beautiful smile.

Survivors include her parents, Donald Morris, of Brunswick; Marinna Norton Barber and James Mort, of White Oak; her brother, Mason Mort; sister, Kacie Barber, of White Oak; maternal grandparents, Rick and Cindy Norton, of Brunswick; paternal grandparents, Nora Strickland and James Mort, both of White Oak; Cynthia and Donald Morris, of Brunswick; 3 aunts and an uncle, Heather Clark (Shawn), of White Oak, Neena Morris, of Brunswick, and Kristin Mort, of White Oak.

Visitation will be held Friday evening (July 21, 2017) starting at 5PM at Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.

A Graveside Service will be held Saturday morning (July 22, 2017) at 10AM at Homeward Cemetery.

Arrangements are with Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
