Irmlind Angie Cohen

Hortense-Ms. Irmlind Angie Cohen, 68, of Hortense passed away Thursday (July 16, 2020) at Memorial Satilla Health in Waycross, GA.

Born in Germany her parents were Hans Niemann and Edith Niemann. She is also preceded in death by her husband, John R. Cohen. She was a homemaker and a member of the Sandhill Greater A.M.E. Church. She loved cooking and sewing.

Survivors include a son, Clarence Cohen of Atlanta, GA.; 1 grandchild, Kiara Hightower of Charleston, S.C.; a brother-in-law, Daniel Cohen (Bessie) of Sandhill; 4 sisters-in-law, Fortina Cohen, Vern Cohen, Frances Cohen, and Linda Cohen; 2 God children, Katrina Cohen and Veronica Walker both of Sandhill; a close friend, Russell Greene of Charleston, SC. and also several other relatives and a host of friends.

No service will be held at this time.
