Jackie Ann Adams

Hortense – Jackie Ann Prior Adams, 61 of Hortense passed away Wednesday morning (January 8, 2025) at Hospice of the Golden Isles after an extended illness.

Born in England her parents were John and Daphne Prior. She is also preceded in death by her son, Brian Adams.

Jackie was a waitress for Twin Oaks in Brunswick who loved working outdoors, especially in her flower beds, painting and just making things with her hands. 

Survivors include her husband, Lawrence “Larry” Adams of Hortense; a daughter, Daphne Withrow (Ronald Drury) of Hortense; 2 grandchildren, Andrew Drury and Katlyn Drury; a geat granddaughter, Emersyn Williams; 2 brothers, Clifford Prior and Alex Prior both of Brunswick; 2 sisters, Sara Anderson of Jesup and Odette Dennis of Nahunta; and also several nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.

No services will be held at this time.
