Waynesville- Mr. James Iva Gillette, 82, of Waynesville, passed away Friday afternoon (January 28,2011) at Southeast Georgia Health System in Brunswick after an extended illness. Born in Gainesville, FL his parents were William Riley and Lila Mae Gray Gillette. Mr. Gillette attended the White House Full Gospel Church in Jacksonville, FL. and was a Well Driller for Lamar Ellison Well & Pumps in Jacksonville before retiring. Survivors include his wife, Phanita Miller Gillette of Waynesville; 2 Sons, David William Gillette, and James Riley Gillette, both of Jacksonville, FL; 2 Daughters, Tammie Lynn Harrell of Mcclenny, FL., and Crystal LaDon Yaun of Stark, FL; 2 Sisters, Jessie Mae Gray and Eula Mae Carmon both of Callahan, FL; 5 Grandchildren; 7 Great Grandchildren and one on the way; and also several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
