Janel Renee Harrigan Sapp

Nahunta – Janel Renee Harrigan Sapp, 53, of Nahunta passed away Friday morning (July 8, 2016) at her residence.

Born in St. Augustine, FL her parents were Russell William and Claudia Joan Moran Harrigan. She is also preceded in death by her brother, Russell William Harrigan.

Janel was a sale associate for Adam and Eve and of the Agnostic faith. She was a great wife, mother, grandmother and friend, who never met a stranger and was just a joy to be around. She took pride in keeping her home and was full of life.

Survivors include her husband, Charles W. Sapp of Nahunta; a son and daughter-in-law, Johnny & Meagan Banks of Jacksonville, FL; a daughter and son-in-law, Claudia & Jason Sisley of Bryceville, FL; 2 grandchildren, Logan Banks and Hunter Sisley; a brother, Bert Wechtenhiser of Jacksonville, FL; 4 sisters and a brother-in-law, Iris Detner of St. Augustine, FL, Claudia & Ron Nelson, Kelly Soulice, and Penny Sudake all of Jacksonville, FL; and also several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service on Wednesday (July 13, 2016) starting at 12 PM at Frye Funeral Home.

A funeral service will be held Wednesday afternoon (July 13, 2016) at 1 PM at the Chapel of Frye Funeral Home with Meagan Banks officiating.

Burial will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery in Hoboken.

Pallbearers will be Charles Sapp, Johnny Banks, Jason Sisley, John Lowman, Robert Douberly, and Gary Shepard.

Arrangements are with Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
