Jared Walker Lane

Blackshear- Jared Walker Lane, 19 of Blackshear, passed away Monday (November 29, 2021) at his residence.
Born in Waycross, GA., his parents are Weldon Lane and Teresa Ann Walker Lane, of Blackshear, GA. He was preceded in death by, maternal grandfather, Charles Walker; paternal grandmother, Carrie Mae Dubose; paternal grandfather, George Edward Lane; 2 cousins, Devin Lane and Jimmy Lane; and two aunts, Sherry Lane and Phyllis Walker.
Jared worked for FedEx loading trucks. He enjoyed gaming, paintball, fishing, hunting, and loved family events most of all.
Survivors include his parents Weldon and Teresa Lane, of Blackshear; 2 brothers and a sister-in-law, Weldon C. Lane (Megan), of MI and Ryan C. Lane, of Blackshear; maternal grandmother, Louise Walker; paternal grandfather, Curtis Lanier; aunts and uncles, Lesley Lane Hanchey (Belton), of Hoboken, Teirie Tyre (Keith), of Blackshear, and Holly Walker Johns, of Maysville, GA; uncle, James Lane, of Hoboken; and a nephew, Oliver Lane. Also several other relatives and a host of friends.
Visitation will be held Friday (December 3, 2021) starting at 6PM at Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
Graveside Service will be held Saturday (December 4, 2021) at 1PM at Enon Cemetery with Rev. Jerry Mercer officiating.
Pallbearers will be Weldon C. Lane, Ryan C. Lane, Jimmy Stokes, and Jasper Stokes.
Arrangements are with Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
