Jeffery Edwin Peeples

Mr. Jeffery "Jeff" Edwin Peeples,47, of Locust Grove, Georgia formerly of Brantley County died Friday (Mar. 19,2010) at his residence after a short illness. Born in Waycross, Georgia he was the son of Marvin Peeples and Jean Esther Highsmith Ward. Jeff, a disabled veteran since Jan. 1982, was a Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force and enjoyed woodwork and music. Preceded in death by his maternal-grandparents, Collis and Wilsonee Highsmith, paternal-grandparents, Connie and Effie Mae Peeples. Survived by his parents, Father, Marvin Peeples, of Nahunta, GA., his Mother, Jean Esther Highsmith Ward, of Locust Grove, GA., 2-children, Cassie Peeples and Hannah Peeples both of Las Vegas, Nevada, 2-Brothers and their children, Mike , Tammy, Alana, Leah, and Emily Peeples and Brian ,Alisa and Collin Peeples all of Nahunta, GA., Ex-wives, Josie Dodd and Cindy Honhan of Las Vegas, Nevada. The family will receive friends and relatives from 6-8 P.M. Monday evening at the Frye Funeral Home in Nahunta, GA. A Memorial service will be held Tuesday morning (Mar. 23, 2010) at 11:00 A.M. from the Chapel of Frye Funeral Home with Bishop Hugh Arnold, Bro. Gerald Thrift and Rev. Larry Altman officiating.
