Jeffery 'Jeff' Hilton Walker

Nahunta- Jeffery “Jeff” Hilton Walker, 58, of Nahunta died Tuesday morning (November 17, 2015) at his residence after a brief illness. Born in Waycross, his parents are Sidney Hilton Walker of Blackshear and the late Joseph "Joe" Columbus Walker. He is also preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, John & Beatrice Hilton; and his paternal grandparents, Willis & Emma Walker. Jeff was in the United States Air Force and was a machinist for Precision Metals. He was of the Baptist faith and loved fast cars, watching sports, and playing video games. Jeff was a loving and friendly person who was well thought of by many people. Survivors include his son, Stetson Stegall of Nahunta; his mother, Sidney Hilton Walker of Blackshear; a brother, Michael Walker of Dade City, FL; a sister and brother-in-law, JoAnn & Rob Taylor of Blackshear; 4 nieces and nephews, Andrew Walker and Lindsay Walker both of Powder Springs, GA, Ragen Taylor and Carsen Taylor both of Blackshear, GA; and also several aunt, uncles, other relatives, and numerous friends. A memorial service will be held Thursday afternoon (November 19, 2015) at 2pm at the chapel of Frye Funeral Home with Bro. Donnie Harris officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flower, memorial donations can be made in honor of Jeff to a charity of choice. Arrangements are with Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
