Jeremy Stone

Jeremy Shane Stone, 25 of Kingsland, GA died suddenly Thursday (Jan. 22, 2009) at his residence. Born in Newport News, VA, he was a Welder and loved his truck, music, friends and his dog, Midi. He was a member of Nahunta First Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by his grandfathers, James Russell Herrin and Virgil C. Stone, and his great grandmothers, Cora Belle Taylor and Edna Tennis. Jeremy is survived by his mother, Brenda Herrin Stone of Kingsland, GA; his father and step-mother, Nathan Craig & Sharla Stone of Jupiter, FL; a sister, April Stone and a brother, Mathew Stone both of Kingsland, GA; his Maternal grandmother, Betty Jo Herrin of Folkston, GA and Sandra T. Stone of Hoboken, GA; Aunts, Uncles, Terry Herrin (Sherry), of Hoboken, David Herrin (Janet), of Nahunta, Karen Wilson (Carl), of Folkston, Curtis Stone (Erin), of Charleston, S.C. and Cindy Carter of Hoboken, also several Cousins, and other relatives. Visitation will be Sunday evening starting at 6 p.m. at Frye Funeral Home,(formerly Chambless-Frye)Nahunta. Funeral services will be Monday morning at 11 a.m. at Kingsland First Baptist Church with Rev. Mark Thornton, Bro. David Herrin, Rev. Randy Carson and Rev. Tim Rowell officiating. Burial will be at 1 p.m. at Bethlehem Cemetery, Hickox. Pallbearers will be Jay Lynn, Dylan Herrin, Brandon Carter, Sam Stone, Johnny Miller, Jeremy Jones and Trey Keene.
