Jesse Willie O'Neal, Jr

J.W. O'Neal, Jr., 65 of Nahunta, passed away Tuesday (July 7, 2015) at his residence following an extended illness. Born in Nahunta, GA., his parents were Jesse W. "Red" O'Neal, Sr. and Rosa Mae Stewart O'Neal. He was also preceded by one sister, Katie Ann O'Neal; three brothers, Terry, Jerry, and James Edward O'Neal. J.W. was retired from Al Baker Heating and Air as an installer. He was of the Christian Faith and enjoyed fishing. Survivors include four brothers and sisters-in-law, Buster O'Neal (Janice), of Hickox, Nathan O'Neal (Jerri), of Blackshear, Douglas O'Neal (Inez), of Hickox, and Donald O'Neal (Pam Moore), of Hickox; one sister, Lizzie Mejia, of Hickox; special niece and nephew, Rosie Kinsey (James), of Hickox; special sister-in-law, Mary O'Neal. Also several nieces, nephews, and other relatives. A Graveside Service will be held Friday morning (July 10, 2015) at 11AM at McClellan Cemetery, in Hickox with Rev. Mike Hendrix officiating. Visitation will be held at the cemetery, an hour prior to the service. Pallbearers will be Donnie Ernest O'Neal, Jr., Clinton Allen Durham, Timmy Gene O'Neal, James Manuel Kinsey, Trey Rhoden, and Dawson Dixon. Honorary pallbearers will be Dakota Dixon, Mitchell Martin, and Brad Davis. Arrangements are with Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta. Sympathy may be expressed by signing our online registry at fryefh.com
