Joe Terrell Crews

Hoboken- Mr. Joe Terrell Crews, 64,of Hoboken died Thursday evening (Dec. 23, 2010) at his residence after an extended illness. Born in Hoboken he was the son of Sim and Irene Elizabeth Crews Crews. A member of Hoboken Baptist Church , Mr. Crews had worked as a Laborer in the Brickwork Industry. He loved fishing and his animals. Survived by his wife, Evelyn Lois Strough Crews, 5-Step-children, Brian Jones, of Hoboken, Cheryl Ellis, of Douglas, Joy Kay Price (Tom), of Arkansas, Scott Jones, of Waynesville and Sam Taylor (Anita) of Brunswick, 4-Grandchildren, Ashley Ellis, Dillon Jones, Corey Jones and Jamie Davis; 1 great grandson, Gatlin Ellis; 2-Brothers and Sisters-in-law, Neal and Vivian Crews, of Waycross and Dewitt and Cindy Crews, of Tennessee, a Sister, Frances Carter, of Nahunta, also several Nieces, Nephews and other relatives. A memorial service will be held Tuesday afternoon (Dec. 28, 2010) at 2PM at Hoboken Baptist Church with Rev. Tim Rowell, Rev. Jerry Johns and Rev. Roy Jacobs officiating.
