Kathy Elaine Brant

White Oak-Mrs. Kathy Elaine Head Brant,63, of White Oak passed away Saturday afternoon (April 22, 2017) at her residence after an extended illness.

Born in Brunswick, Georgia she was the daughter of the late James Franklin Head and Mrs. Eula Faye Daniels Head, of Waverly.

Along with her father she was also preceded in death by her sister, Emily Head Drury.

Kathy loved spending time with her grandchildren, she enjoyed Art’s and Craft’s, Reading. Visiting different areas in the country and really loved to shop.

She was of The Church of God Faith. And had worked as a Teachers Aid for The Camden County School Systems.

Survived by her loving husband of 12 years, William “Bill” A. Brant, of White Oak, her Mother, Mrs. Eula Faye Daniels Head, of Waverly. 3-daughters and a son-in-law, Amanda and Scott Meadows, of Eastman, GA., Heather Elaine Strickland and Misty Darlene Strickland, both of White Oak, a step-son William Anthony “Tony” Brant (Elaina), of Douglas, GA., 3-step-daughters and a son-in-law, Terri MacDonald (Brian), of Kingsland, GA., Christina Manbeck, of Chief land, Fl. And Barbara Traci Manbeck, of Kingsland, GA., 3-brothers and sisters-in-law, Wetzel and Patricia Head, of Waynesville, Emmett and Tammy Head, of Waverly and Chad and Sheila Head, of Waverley, a sister and brother-in-law, Melissa and Calvin Blount, of Waverly, many Grandchildren and several Great-Grandchildren also several Nieces, Nephews and other relatives.

Visitation will be Tuesday evening at The Frye Funeral Home in Nahunta, GA. From 6-9 P.M.

Funeral services for Mrs. Kathy Head Brant will be held at 1 P.M. Wednesday (April 26, 2017) from the Chapel of Frye Funeral Home with Pastor John Harris officiating.

Burial will follow at The Horse Stamp Cemetery in Waverly.

Pallbearers will be Kevin, Phillip and Kalem Head, Scott MacDonald, Garrett Grant and Mr. Bill Brant.

Arrangements are with Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta, GA.
