Keith Elton Dowling

Nahunta- Keith Elton Dowling, 42, of Nahunta died early Saturday morning (March 24, 2012) at his residence after a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Brunswick, GA his parents are Elton H. Dowling of Brunswick and Elizabeth Clune Dowling of Nahunta. Keith was a master carpenter who loved his children, family and friends. Also he loved the river and watching UFC. Survivors include his parents; his wife, Heather Herrin Dowling of Nahunta; 3 sons, Jamie W. Rowell of Brunswick, Chaz Joseph Dowling and Keith Kaden Dowling both of Nahunta; 4 daughters, Elainie Luree Dowling, Alexis Elizabeth Dowling, Skylar Drene Thomas and Ashlyn Marie Thomas all of Nahunta; a grandchild, J.J. Rowell; a sister and brother-in-law, Mesa & Scott Teston of Jesup; and also several nieces, nephews and other relatives. A memorial service will be held Tuesday morning (March 27, 2012) at 11AM at the Chapel of Frye Funeral Home with Bishop Joseph Allen officiating. Memorialization will be by cremation.
