Kurt Joseph Spenard, Sr.

Glennville – Kurt Joseph Spenard, Sr., 67, of Glennville passed away Friday (January 28, 2022) at Memorial Health Center in Savannah after an extended illness.
Born in Bradenton, FL his parents were Albert Spenard and Terry Courtemanche Spenard.
Kurt was a painter and attended Our Lady Queen of Martrys Church in Sarasota,FL. He enjoyed watching western movies and wrestling and playing video games and other games. Kurt loved painting, spending time with his family and going on family outings.
Survivors include his wife, Ruth Spenard of Glennville; 3 sons, Jonathan Joseph Spenard of Brunswick, Kurt Joseph Spenard, Jr. of Glennville, GA and Christopher Lee Spenard of SC; a daughter, Candy Sue Spenard of Bradenton, FL; 2 grandchildren, Jonathan Joseph Spenard, Jr and Camden Eric Spenard; 2 brothers and sisters-in-law, Karl Spenard (Teressa) of Bradenton, FL and Kevin Spenard (Tonia) of Bradenton, FL; 7 sisters and brothers-in-law, Krystal Spenard of St. Pete, FL, Kathleen Rome (Kelly) of Palmetto, FL, Kimberly Heiners (Uwe) of Palmetto, FL, Karolyn Kitchin (David) of Leesburg, FL, Kristina Spenard of Bradenton, FL, Kellie Spenard (Greg) of Bradenton, FL and Karen Spenard of Indiana; and also several nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
Visitation will be held Monday afternoon (February 7, 2022) from 12:30-1:30 at Smyrna Cemetery.
A graveside service will be held Monday afternoon (February 7, 2022) at 1:30pm at Smyrna Cemetery with Bro. Kevin Spenard officiating.
