Larry Morgan

Brunswick-Larry Morgan, 67 of Brunswick , died Friday morning (June 1, 2012) at his residence following an extended illness. Born in Cleveland, OH., his parents were Ralph and Lureen Thornton Morgan. He is also preceded in death by a brother, Dennis Morgan. Larry was of the Baptist Faith. He worked as a painter, he loved to fish, and sit around and talk, he never met a stranger. He also loved painting, and he was a wonderful artist. Survivors include 2 daughters, Jerri O'neal, and Evelyn Landon; 2 sons, Billy Rowand, and Donnie Rowand, all of Blackshear; 9 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; a brother, Grady Leggett, of Brunswick; and 4 sisters, Carol Sharpe, of Brunswick, Donna Strickland, Tina Dinsbeer, and Ruby Murray, all of Brantley County. Also several nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Visitation will be held Sunday evening (June 3, 2012) from 3PM-6PM, at Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta. A Graveside Service will be held Monday afternoon (June 4, 2012) at 1PM at Foster Cemetery, in Offerman with Rev. James Evans officiating. Arrangements are with Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
