Lewis Gregory Barrentine

Mr. Lewis Gregory Barrentine, age 66 a resident of Lakeland, Florida passed away Friday, February 2, 2018 at Lakeland Regional Medical Center. Mr. Barrentine was born March 11, 1951 in Cottonwood, Alabama to C.B. and Frankie Jo (Riley) Barrentine. He was a resident of Polk County, Florida for the past 30 years coming from Georgia. Lewis was an owner/operator for an air conditioning company. He enjoyed animals especially dogs & chickens. He was preceded in death by his father; son – Johnathan Gregory; daughter – Melanie Gayle; brother – Ronnie Barrentine and uncle – Jimmie Riley.

2 Grandsons: Daniel Crites and Jax CritesFuneral service will be held 4:00 PM Friday, February 9, 2018 at Kersey Funeral Home, with visitation beginning at 3:00 PM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Pilgrims Rest Cemetery in Waynesville, Georgia Sunday (February 11, 2018) at 2 P. M.
