Linda Accord Crews

Hoboken- Linda Accord Crews, 69 of Hoboken, passed away Thursday (December 26, 2019) at Candler Hospital in Savannah following a brief illness.

Born in Hoboken, GA., her parents were William McClellan and Colleen Rhoden McClellan. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Framan Crews; and a sister, Bonnie Elrod.

Linda worked many years as a CNA at Bayview Nursing Home and was a member of Nahunta Church of God. She enjoyed shopping and loved spoiling her grandbabies.

Survivors include 3 sons and daughters-in-law, Lamar Crews (Suzanne) of Folkston, Timbo Crews (Delores) of Hortense, and Jammie Elrod (Mandee) of Waycross; 3 daughters and sons-in-law, Tammy Johns (Desmond) of Hickox, Wendy Boatwright (Terry) of Hortense and Donna Pearson (D.J.) of Atlanta; 13 grandchildren, April Newman (David) of Hickox, Dylan Johns (Chelsea), of Savannah, Angelique Crews of Blackshear, Tyler Chapman of Waycross, Justin Strickland of Atkinson, CeeGee Strickland of Hortense, Shaylyn Crews of Hortense, Braxton Crews of Hortense, Garrett Pearson of Atlanta, Calab Pearson of Atlanta, Kalli Pearson of Atlanta, Briar Crews (Anna) of Raybon, and James Elrod of Waycross; 11 great grandchildren, Kyleigh Anderson, Chloe Anderson, Karson Anderson, Zachery Chapman, Acelynn Music, Ella Joy Dowling, Bellamy Crews, Cloe Newman, Cason Newman, Kylie Newman, and Paisleigh Boatwright, and two on the way.; a brother and sister-in-law, Bobby Accord (Linda), of Blackshear; two brothers-in-law and their spouses, Horace Crews (Diane), of Alma, and Buddy Crews (Susie), of Hickox. Also several nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.

Visitation will be held Sunday morning (December 29, 2019) from 9AM-10AM at Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.

Funeral Services will be held Sunday morning(December 29, 2019) at 10AM at the Chapel of Frye Funeral Home with Rev. Charles Florey and Rev. Sammy Spradley officiating.

Burial will follow in New Hope Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Briar Crews, Braxton Crews, Justin Strickland, Dylan Johns, Desmond Johns, Terry Boatwright, and David Newman.

Arrangements are with Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
