Linda Nell Hickox Harris

Linda Nell Turner Hickox Harris, 63 of Nahunta, passed away Monday (February 26, 2018) at her residence following a extended illness.

Born in Folkston, GA., her parents were William Zachriah Turner and Ella Frances Hilton Mishoe. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Evan Harris; 2 sisters, Patricia Frances Walker and Hazel Mercer.

Linda was a homemaker and she enjoyed shopping and spending time with her family.

Survivors include her 2 sons and a daughter-in-law, Charles Harris (April), of Waynesville, and Donnie Harris, of Nahunta; and a daughter, Amy Turner, of Bristol; 4 grandchildren, Austin Blaylock, Bryston Blaylock, Charles Harris, Jr., and Rachael Harris; 3 brothers and a sister-in-law, Williard Turner (Sue), of St. George, Carlos Mishoe, of Folkston, and Benji Mishoe, of Hamilton, NC; a sister, Alveda Mae Nevitt, of Florida. Also several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

A Funeral Service will be held Friday (March 2, 2018) at 11AM at Frye Funeral Home with Mrs. Bonnie Arnold officiating. Visitation will be held thirty minutes prior to the service.
