Margaret Ann Rogers

Nahunta – Margaret Ann Rogers, 53, of Nahunta passed away Tuesday morning (February 18, 2025) at her residence after an extended illness.

Born in Hihira, GA her mother is Sandra Jean DeLoach Trouille of Nahunta. She is also preceded in death by a son, Cody Neighbors; and her long time partner, Eddie Berube.

Margaret was a receptionist who loved the ocean, fishing, crafting, singing, and listening to music.

Survivors include 2 sons, Michael Rogers of Atworth and Charles Ballard, Jr.; a daughter, Lacey Rogers of Missouri; 2 grandchildren, Hagan and Lacey; her mother and stepfather, Sandra Trouille (Jerry) of Nahunta; a brother, James Mossbarger of Warner Robins; 2 sisters, Theresa Morrell (Freddie) of Lakeland and Kellie Mossbarger of Alaska; and also several nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.

A memorial service will be held Saturday (March 1, 2025) starting at 10am at Laura Walker State Park.
