Mark Abrams

Mark "Allen" Abrams,50,of the Waynesville Community died late Thursday evening (Sept.2,2010) at his residence after a long illness. Born in Brunswick he was the son of the late Benjamin Franklin Abrams and Barbara Elaine Strickland Abrams of Lyons, GA. He had lived most of his life here in Brantley County and was a Baptist. A heating and air conditioning technician he enjoyed hunting and fishing. Survived by a daughter, Brittney Elaine Abrams, of Brunswick, his mother, Elaine Strickland Abrams of Lyons, GA., his aunt Sandra Blount, of Waynesville, his aunt and uncle, Carol and Pete Howard, of Darien and uncle and aunt Gerald L. and Gerda Strickland, of Brunswick, also several nieces, nephews and other relatives. A graveside service will be held Saturday (Sept. 11, 2010) at 11:00 A.M. at the Harrison-Sumler Cemetery in Waynesville with Rev. Richard Golden officiating. Memorialzation will be by cremation.
