Mary Ellen Bradt

Waynesville – Mary Ellen Bradt, 92 of Waynesville, passed away Friday (February 14, 2025) at Southeast Ga. Health Systems.

Born in Canajoharie, NY. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Everett Henry Bradt; daughter, Bambi Lynn Teston; step-daughter, Bethann Banallen; grandchild, Charles Elvin Strom; 2 brothers, Richard James Countryman and Earl David Bradt.

She was a homemaker and a member of United Pentecostal Church. She enjoyed shopping, spending money and doing crossword puzzles. She loved animals and most of all she loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Survivors include 1 son and daughter-in-law, Everett Henry Bradt (Jeanette) of Douglas; 3 daughters and sons-in-law, Donna Bradt (Hog) of Popwell, Ruth Phillips (Don) of Brunswick, Robin Nichols of Waynesville; 11 grandchildren, Ian Countryman, Allison Countryman, Tina Bent, Charles Bent, Jason Strom, Corey Roberts, Ray Bradt (Adriana), Hannah Harper, Corey Merritt, Michael Lee and Jonathan L’Heureux; several great grandchildren; also several other relatives and a host of friends.

A Memorial service will be held at a later date.
