Mattie Virginia Herrin, 23 of Hoboken, passed away Sunday night (November 27, 2016) following injuries sustained in an accident.
Born in Waycross, GA., her parents are Gregory James Herrin and Nina Able.
Mattie was a graduate of Brantley County High School. She was a member of Hickox Christian Faith Chapel, and enjoyed FSU Games, reading, and music. She loved her family, animals of all kinds; and her dog Molly.
Survivors include her father, Gregory James Herrin, of Apopka, FL; her mother, Nina Able, of Hoboken; two brothers, Robert Benjamin Herrin, of Orlando, FL., Tyler James Herrin, of Mt. Dora, FL.; two sisters, Stefaney Herrin, St. Pete Beach, FL., and Audrey Brooke Herrin, of Sanford, FL.; her grandfather, James Watson and Sandy Herrin, of Folkston, GA; 4 nieces and nephews, Gage, Lillian, Robi Lynn, and Emma.; and her boyfriend, Tyler Ryan Mulligan, of Jacksonville, FL. Also several aunts, uncles, and other relatives.
Visitation will be held Thursday evening (December 1, 2016) starting at 6PM at Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
A Funeral Service will be held Friday afternoon (December 2, 2016) at 3PM at Frye Funeral Home with Rev. Chuck Allen officiating.
Honorary pallbearers will be John Brown, Phillip Marino, Tyler Watson, Steven Staebler, Chandler Feimster, Mallory Odom, Tyler Johns, Levi Johns, Adam Holme, and the Brothers of Tau Kappa Epsilon.
Arrangements are with Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
