Waynesville- Michael Eugene Cloves, 67 of Waynesville, passed away Monday (June 14, 2021) at UF Health in Jacksonville.
Born in Ft. Leavenworth, KS. His parents were Marvin Eugene Cloves and Betty Sue Craig Hertz.
Michael loved drawing, sharing stories with his grandchildren, and was an avid collector of antiques and artifacts. He served in the United States Air Force and worked many years as a self-employed contractor.
Survivors include his wife, Susan Cloves, of Waynesville; a son and daughter-in-law, Matthew Cloves (Deon), of Nahunta; 3 daughters and sons-in-law, Jennifer Love (Jeremy), of Atkinson, Chrissy Thompson (Adrian), of Hortense, GA, Shannon Cavagnaro (Ralph), of Waynesville; 8 grandchildren, Kinsley and Kaylen Love, Brooklyn and Amelia Cavagnaro, Harper Ratliff, Aidan and Avery Thompson, and Mattox Cloves. Also several other relatives and a host of friends.
No services will be held at this time.
Arrangements are with Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
