Myra Deborah Arnold Phillips, 67, of Richmond Hill passed away Tuesday morning (March 26, 2019) at her daughter’s residence after an extended illness.
Born in New Madrid, Missouri her parents were Albert Arnold and Mary Johnson Arnold. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Allen Phillips and a daughter, Catherine Estrada.
Mrya was a homemaker and a member of Beverly Shores Baptist Church. She enjoyed cooking, baking, and going fishing.
Survivors include 2 sons and daughters-in-law, Mike Phillips (Angela) of Pennsylvania and Stacy Jackson (Michelle) of Mississippi; 3 daughters and a son-in-law, Tammy Tennis (Steven) of Richmond Hill, Donna Quistian of Dublin, and Chellsea Phillips of Savannah; 11 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; 2 sisters and a brother-in-law, Clo Husk of Jacksonville, FL and Rita Taylor (Jerry) of Concord, NC; and also several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service Saturday (March 30, 2019) starting at 2PM at Frye Funeral Home in Nahunta.
A funeral service will be held Saturday afternoon (March 30, 2019) at 3PM at the chapel of Frye Funeral Home with Rev. Buddy Phillips officiating. Burial will follow in Highsmith Cemetery in Waynesville.
Pallbearers will be Steven Tennis, Trey Neal, Charles Taylor, Ricky Mehaffey, Eric Walden, Dennis Perrotte.
Pallbearers are asked to be at the funeral home Saturday by 2:30pm.
