Nancy Carol Saxon Stewart

Nancy Carol Saxon Stewart, 58, of Waycross passed away early Friday morning (December 25, 2015) at Mayo Clinic Health System in Waycross after a brief illness.

Born in Savannah, GA her parents were Raymond and Johnnie Townsend Saxon.

Nancy was a homemaker of the Baptist faith and loved music and playing the guitar. She was a hairdresser for many years.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Russell & Amber Neilson of Nahunta; 2 grandchildren, Ian Nielson and Eli Nielson both of Nahunta; 2 brothers and a sister-in-law, Michael & Melanie Saxon of Hortense and Warren Saxon of Tennessee; a sister, Linda Roberson of Nahunta; and also several nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Visitation will be held Wednesday evening (December 30, 2015) from 5pm-6pm at Frye Funeral Home.

A funeral service will be held Wednesday evening (December 30, 2015) at 6pm at the Chapel of Frye Funeral Home with Rev. Otis Johns and Rev. Larry Altman officiating.

Arrangements are with Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
