Olivia Loper Bagley, 73 of Waynesville, passed away Sunday (January 25, 2015) at Mayo Clinic Health System in Waycross following an extended illness. Born in Brunswick, GA., her parents were George Washington Loper and Virginia Bennett Loper. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Calvin Eugene Bagley; a grandson, Christopher Bagley and several brothers and sisters. Olivia worked many years as a cook for Glynn Academy. She was of the Church of God Faith and loved fishing, cooking, and baseball. Survivors include her children and their spouses, Jeff Bagley (Wilma), of Waynesville, Ronnie Bagley (Debbie), of Hortense, Tommy Bagley, of Waynesville; 10 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren; 1 brother and sister-in-law, Billy Loper (Virginia) of Brunswick; 2 sisters and brothers-in-law, Frankie Laircey (Quincy) of Brunswick; and Udell Devaney (Bobby) of Alabama. Also several nieces, nephews, and other relatives. A Funeral service will be held Thursday (January 29, 2015) at 2PM at Bay Harbor Church of God of Brantley with Rev. Tommy Gill officiating. A visitation will be held an hour prior to the service at the church starting at 1 PM. Arrangements are with Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
