Ollie Hickox Crews

Folkston-Mrs. Ollie Hickox Crews,90,of Folkston died Saturday afternoon at her residence after an extended illness. Born in she was the daughter of David Jonathan and Minnie Lee Taylor Hickox. She was also preceded by a daughter, Rebecca Johnson, 2-sons, Buddy Landon and Kenneth Bailey also several brothers and sisters. She was of the Baptist faith and loved crocheting and spending time with her family. Survived by her 2-sons and daughters-in-law, Albert "Hank" and Bobby Kirkland, Tommy and Lenora Kirkland, all of Folkston, 2-daughters and sons-in-law, Mary and Lonnie Todd, of Folkston, Luann and Keith Day, of Defuniak Springs, Florida, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, also several nieces, nephews and other relatives. Funeral services for Mrs. Crews will be held Monday (Jan. 6, 2014) at 2:00 P.M. at the Chapel of Frye Funeral Home in Nahunta, with Rev. Jody Griffin officiating. Visitation will be one (1) hour prior to the services from 1-2 P.M. Monday in the chapel. Pallbearers will be Jeremy Todd, Bradley Todd, Tony Bailey, Rodney Strickland, Phillip Bailey and Billy Bailey. Burial will follow in the family plot at The Bethel Cemetery in Folkston.
