Patricia 'Patsy' Batten Lee

Hoboken-Patricia “Patsy” Batten Lee, 66 of Hoboken, passed away Thursday morning (April 7, 2016) at her residence following a long and courageous battle with cancer.

Born in Hoboken, GA., her parents were John Henry Batten and Ona Mae Jacobs Batten. She was also preceded in death by her husband, John Billy Lee, Sr.; and two sisters, Alvie Chesser and Janice O’Neal.

Patsy was a member of Hoboken Baptist Church. She was employed many years with Pierce County Floral as a Florist, she loved working with flowers, riding dirt roads, going to yard sales, and her grandchildren.

Survivors include three sons and daughters-in-law- Randy and Peggy Lee, of Clinton, Utah, Jason “Jabo” and Leigh Ann Lee, of Nahunta, and Little Billy Lee, Jr., of Hoboken; seven grandchildren, Haustin Lee, Dalton Lee, Skye Lee, Garrett Lee, Shelby Lee, Kortnee Lee, and Bryson Lee; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Ruby and Charles Waldron, of Waycross, Faye and Lancewell O’Neal, also of Waycross, and Edith Smith, of Hoboken; special friends, Cindy Altman and family, Cindy Chaney, Stacy and Shannon Walker, Jill Brand, Rhonda Lee, and Beverly Beaumier. Also several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Visitation will be held Friday (April 8, 2016) starting at 6PM at Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.

A Funeral Service will be held Saturday (April 9, 2016) at 3PM at High Bluff Primitive Baptist Church with Elder Daniel Drawdy, Elder Freddie Thomas, and Elder Eddie Lee officiating.

Burial will follow in High Bluff Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Roger Crews, Sidney Lee, Stacy Walker, Greg Lee, Ricky Crews, Rocky Carter.

Honorary pallbearers will be James Crews, Charles Waldron, Lancewell O’Neal, Tony O’Neal, Tony Drury, Chuck Waldron, Brian O’Neal, and Tracy Thomas.

Arrangements are with Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
