Hoboken – Paul Edward Williams, Sr., 62, of Hoboken passed away early Thursday morning (December 13, 2018) at his residence after an extended illness.
Born in Jacksonville, FL his parents are Dorothea Peake Roquemore of Hoboken and the late Julius Williams. He is also preceded in death by a daughter, Ashley Williams.
Paul was a truck driver and served in the United States Army. He loved to drive his truck, fishing, building things, and growing a big garden.
Survivors include his 2 sons and a daughter-in-law, Paul Williams, Jr. of Brunswick and Josh & Samantha Williams of Jacksonville, FL; 2 grandchildren, Lilly Williams and Brady Williams; his mother, Dorothea Roquemore of Hoboken; 2 brothers, Michael Williams of Baldwin, FL and Mark Williams of Hoboken; 2 sisters, Melody Williams and Joy Williams both of Jacksonville, FL; and also several other relatives.
A memorial service will be held Saturday (December 29, 2018) at 11am at the Chapel of Frye Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Williams officiating.
