Paul Elbrey Johnson

Paul Elbrey Johnson, 68 of Waynesville, GA., passed away Sunday (November 24, 2024) at his residence following an extended illness.

Born in Jacksonville, Fl. his parents were Elbrey Elsie Johnson and Dorothy Mary Brockington Johnson. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Janice Lain; and a brother-in-law, Gary Lain.

He was an Iron Worker for many years and enjoyed fishing, hunting, going to the mountains and loved his family dearly.

Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Shawn Johnson (Karen), of Waynesville; 3 grandchildren, Elizabeth Johnson, Joshua Johnson (Danielle) and Matthew Johnson; two great grandchildren, Kloie Johnson and Amelia Johnson; fiancé, Jacque Moore; a brother and sister-in-law, Michael Johnson (Tootie), of Waynesville, GA; and a sister and brother-in-law, Gwen Jenkins (Joe), of Gainesville, FL; nieces and nephews, Michelle Pullido (Sam), Melinda Smith (Jason), Melissa Oliver (Lyndon), Andrew Jenkins (Leanna), Jesse Lain, Nikki Smith (Matt), Dakota Lain, Spencer Lain. Also several other relatives and a host of friends.

No services will be held at this time.
