Brunswick – Paul Mitchell Taylor, 74, of Brunswick passed away Monday (March 10, 2025) at Southeast Georgia Health System in Brunswick after a brief illness.

Born in Brunswick, GA his parents were Herman Perry Taylor and Callie Francis Carr Taylor. He is also preceded in death by a daughter, Rachel Taylor.

Paul was a carpenter who loved riding motorcycles and fishing. He loved the mountains of Kentucky.

Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Paul Taylor, II (Kimberly) of Waynesville; 2 daughters and a son-in-law, Mechele Morris (Robie) of Hortense and Paula Taylor of Brunswick; 6 grandchildren, Megan Morris, Robin Morris, Devon Taylor, Connor Taylor, Bradley Kennedy and Thomas Hope; 5 great grandchildren; a sister, Ann Steele of Folkston; a niece and nephew, Melody Steele and Mike Steele; and also several other relatives and a host of friends.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service Saturday (March 15, 2025) starting at 10am at Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.

A memorial service will be held Saturday (March 15, 2025) at 11am at the chapel of Frye Funeral Home with Rev. Billy Worthington officiating.

Arrangements are with Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
