Penny Hendrix

Fargo, GA- Penny Elaine Walker Hendrix, 61 of Fargo, GA., passed away suddenly Saturday (September 17, 2022) at Clinch County Memorial Hospital in Homerville.

Born in Brunswick, GA., she was preceded in death by her father, Ephraim Allen Walker, Jr.; her parents, Carl and Margaret O’Neal; and a brother, Gary O’Neal.

Penny worked many years as a Paralegal for the State of Georgia. She enjoyed spending time with her family and loved animals.

Survivors include her husband, Robert Mitchell Hendrix, of Fargo; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Ricky Walker (Evie) and Terry O’Neal (Valerie), all of Brunswick; three sisters and a brother-in-law, Sandra Thomas (Paul), of TN, Donna Cutler, of Brunswick, and Vanessa Bell, of Brantley; and a sister-in-law, Beverly Hendrix Parker, of Hickox. Also many nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.

A Visitation will be held Wednesday (September 21, 2022) from 2PM-4PM at Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
