Phyllis Caporale Neuwirth

Hortense-Phyllis Caporale Neuwirth, 87 of Hortense, passed away Monday morning ( September 3, 2012) at her residence following an extended illness. Born in Chicago, Illinois, her parents were Thomas and Mary Smith Caporale. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Neuwirth, and 2 brothers. Phyllis was a member of King Memorial Baptist Church. She was a homemaker who loved playing Bingo, and sewing. Survivors include 2 sons and a daughter-in-law, Nick Kuhn and Jean Simmons, of Waynesville, and Robert Neuwirth, of Dublin; and 4 grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday morning ( September 8, 2012) at 11AM at King Memorial Baptist Church with Rev.Mike Yawn and Rev. Terry Jackson officiating.
