Randy Ray Frost

St. Simons Island, GA- Randy Ray Frost, 67 of St. Simons Island, GA., passed away suddenly Monday (August 28, 2023).

Born in Topeka, KS., his parents were the late Jack Frost and Alyce Hockett Frost. He was also preceded in death by his brothers, Steven Lee Frost and David Frost.

Randy loved his family and serving others by Enriching Young Lives. He was formally employed by Paul Anderson Youth Home and currently mentoring for Morningstar Children and Family Services, and Seaside Mentoring Program. Randy was involved with Incacheetoo Petting Zoo, he especially enjoyed driving the tractor for the hay ride and interacting with the children and animals. He also enjoyed sports, fishing, cooking and riding motorcycles. He touched many lives and will be missed by all who knew him.

Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Janice Morgan Frost, of St. Simons Island; two daughters and sons-in-law, Candice Adams (John Blake), of Waverly, Jessica Frost Adams (Taylor), of Macon; seven grandchildren, Savanna Grace, Anneliese, Alexis, John Quincy II “John John”, Amelia, Marissa and Ava Adams; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Carol Engle (Dan), of West Union, S.C., Donna Castaldo (Fred), of Steamboat Springs, CO.; nieces and nephews, Chris Pantoya (Steve), Jon Engle (Sarah), Jared Frost (Kem) and Sam Castaldo (Tawny); three great nephews, Jacob Pantoya, William Engle and Abrom Engle. Also several other relatives and a host of friends.

Visitation will be held Friday (September 1, 2023) from 1PM-2PM at Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.

Funeral Services will be held Friday (September 1, 2023) at 2PM at Frye Funeral Home with Charles Rush officiating.

The family will be having a private burial.
