Randy Clifton Watson

Brunswick – Randy Clifton Watson, 42, of Brunswick passed away Friday (April 21, 2023).

Born in Brunswick, GA his parents are Randy Wilbur Watson and Karen Drury Gatch. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Luther Drury, Ureta Drury Miller, Grier & Shirley Gatch; paternal grandparents, Gloria & Wilbur Watson and Alma Wilkes; and an uncle, Bryan Gatch.

Randy was a  heavy Equipment operator and attended Emanuel United Methodist Church. He loved spending  time with his son, working on cars, hunting and fishing.

Survivors include his son, Dominic Watson of Brunswick; his mother and step father, Karen Gatch (Roger) of Brunswick; his father and stepmother, Randy Wilbur Watson (Cristal) of Brunswick; 2 brothers and a sister-in-law, Dustin Gatch (Stacey) of Kingsland and Kevin Watson of Japan; 2 sisters and a brother-in-law, Ashley Langford (Zach) and Katie Watson all of Brunswick; aunts and uncles, John C. Watson, Donna  Simpson (John), Glenda Rozier, Cecelia Morales and Lydia O'Donnell (Bob); and also several nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.

Visitation will be held Tuesday morning ( April 25, 2023) from 11am – 12PM at Emanuel United Methodist Church.

A funeral service will be held Tuesday afternoon (April 25, 2023) at 12PM at Emanuel United Methodist Church with Rev. Ken Sharpe officiating. Burial will follow in Emanuel Church Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Zach Langford, Craig George, Scott Watson, Shawn Gailey, Pete Baldwin and Tony Rubine.

Arrangements are with Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
